CouplEs Therapy
Issues addressed in couples therapy include enhancing connection, deepening intimacy, restoring trust, neutralizing vicious communication cycles, navigating differing needs and working through conflict. I enjoy working with couples in every stage of relationship - from pre-marital to couples who have spent the majority of their lives together. Additionally, I have a sub-speciality in couples sex therapy. Learn more and take steps to rejuvenate your relationship.
Interpersonal Group Therapy
Interpersonal group therapy is a powerful way to learn about ourselves and our relationships with others. An interpersonal therapy group is comprised of 6 - 8 people who meet together weekly to work through relational issues that lead to unwanted psychological symptoms or dissatisfaction in relationships. Learn more about this unique therapeutic approach that can radically transform the quality of your relationships and emotional awareness both in & outside the group.
IndividuaL Therapy
People come to therapy because they have lost their imaginations, their playfulness, their vitality. Their ability to find hope in the midst of suffering is compromised and they have ceased to find creative ways to manage the psychic pain and despair of disconnectedness from themselves and others. I enjoy helping clients find more clarity, stability and ease even when it feels like it may not be possible. We might be a fit if you are specifically looking to gain insight into your patterns and improve the quality and depth of your relationships.
family Therapy
If you are looking to mend a strained relationship with a parent or your adult child or simply want a more fulfilling relationship with a sibling or another family member, I facilitate sessions that aim to heal old wounds and forge new pathways of relating. Sometimes this means finding repair when it has previously felt elusive or coming together to process your shared history and/or childhood together with a sibling. Family dynamics are complex. Learn more here about some reasons people seek it out.
