CouplEs Therapy

I help couples move beyond reactive patterns and create relationships that feel intentional, honest, and connected. Whether you’re navigating conflict, disconnection, or simply wanting more from your partnership, our work focuses on clarity, emotional safety, and real relational change. I offer a grounded, collaborative space where both partners are heard - and where new ways of relating can take root. This work is about more than problem-solving; it’s about designing a relationship that actually fits who you are now.

Interpersonal Group Therapy

Interpersonal group therapy is a powerful way to learn about ourselves and our relationships with others. An interpersonal therapy group is comprised of 6 - 8 people who meet together weekly to work through relational issues that lead to unwanted psychological symptoms or dissatisfaction in relationships. Learn more about this unique therapeutic approach that can radically transform the quality of your relationships and emotional awareness both in & outside the group.

Health Anxiety & Medical Trauma

The body often carries what the mind can’t resolve - pain, fatigue, anxiety, or fear after medical experiences. I help people who feel stuck in cycles of health worry, medical trauma, or unexplained symptoms. These struggles can feel isolating, especially when your concerns haven’t been fully heard or validated. In therapy, we create space to honor the reality of your symptoms while loosening the grip of fear around them. Our work focuses on slowing down, listening to the body, and finding steadier ground.

Individual Therapy

We are shaped in relationship - and often wounded there too -but healing is possible through new, authentic connection. In therapy, we’ll explore how your relational history may be influencing present-day patterns in intimacy, conflict, self-worth, or emotional regulation. Whether you feel stuck in painful dynamics, reactive in close relationships, or unsure how to express your needs, we’ll work toward insight and lasting change. I integrate somatic work as well as parts work for trauma resolution.
